Returns Policy

Unbroken/Undamaged Items

If your item is unbroken or undamaged but faulty, you may use a Freepost address within the first month of purchase if you live or reside in the United Kingdom.

The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty unbroken or undamaged items from within the UK. When we receive the item back, it will be checked; if the item is not defective and the Freepost address has been used, there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the postage cost. This will be deducted from your payment for the product.

However, if you live, reside, or are based outside of the UK, you will not be able to use our Freepost address for product returns under any circumstances.

Broken/Damaged in Transit Products

All order discrepancies and or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of being received/delivered.

Replacements to faulty items are sent back to customers free of charge within the first month of purchase.

All returned items as ‘Faulty’ or ‘Damaged in Transit’ MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For hygiene reasons, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked, and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it to your customer. This will be taken from payment for the item in the first place. If the Postage Cost is higher than Product Cost, a balance of the Return Postage will be required.

Product Warranty

We offer a One Year Warranty on all products, provided the item develops a fault within three months. After three months, we cannot provide a refund; we can only exchange the product.

Non-Faulty Returned Products

Any products returned to us that are not faulty, and do not meet the returns policy outlined in this document, will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, if we have not heard a response from the customer, the item will be destroyed, and no refund will be made to the customer.

Sale Items (if applicable) 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, are downloaded software products. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Products
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Returns Form

We would require all customers concerned to fill out our Returns Forms found here for all Product Returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Each time a return is received, you will be notified by email of our receipt of the product.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Products Return Summary

Please note that due to the apparent health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for purchased goods to be returned, if they are NOT broken, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product(s)must be
  2. The product(s)must be returned in original condition & packaging.
  3. Product(s)that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Product(s)supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The product(s)must be returned within 30 days from when the customer received it.
  6. Lingerie and clothing items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
  7. Any order discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods.

Postage & Packaging

On some occasions, there may be times when parcels need to be dispatched back to customers, and further charges will apply. All customers living or residing outside the United Kingdom will have to pay for the returned product(s).

Incorrect Products

Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered with. We must be notified as soon as possible, and we will advise full instructions for an exchange/return process.

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging that the customer opens cannot be returned for an exchange as they are deemed accepted by the customer.

Please note that if any item is returned and found not to be faulty, the customer’s accounts will be charged for postage back to the customer.
